*In the 2010’s, as a new yoga teacher, I often studied sequences for planning and inspiration. Books from trusted authors offered excellent considerations, but I was surprised to come across online collections that included poorly designed sequences. I didn’t want to waste time and money sorting through a site only to discover the sequence I chose wasn’t usable. So I began building a library of sequences that teachers can rely on — a process that ultimately took several years. Each sequence is based on ones drawn from these respected authors and high-quality online sources — with all references clearly cited and easy to verify.
