If your vision is that the future of health & wellness is decentralized with independent providers and evidence-based care, reply back to connect with like-minded colleagues.
If you believe that compassion and accountability are hallmarks of good care, let's inform and inspire each other as we consider how all the pieces can come together.
Dear friends and colleagues,
In this chaotic time of massive change, it’s not easy, but the opportunities for building a vast network of diverse, decentralized care providers is growing like never before.
We’ve all been living in the shadows of the 1910 Flexner report and the medical monopoly that has been in place since the 1930s. The abject failure of the resultant establishment system has overseen the sickening of our previously healthy population. The truth is out, and more people than ever (professionals, providers, and clients alike) have had enough.
Many are now engaged in new ways of thinking and are changing their lifestyles like never before. We can presume that ever-greater numbers of people will open up to change as they see just how devastating the situation has become and at the same time, how others are healing disease and becoming healthier than ever.
I invite you to reply back to schedule a call with like-minds where we can learn what others are seeing and doing. Let’s share our vision for how things are changing and about the place in that vision that we’re each focused on, and about how we think our work relates to other pieces. Let’s make an opportunity where we can listen, to learn specifically what’s working and not working, how our colleagues are focusing their energy, and what they’re seeing in their circles and clients.*
Whether you’re a provider, coach, or teacher and whichever of the plethora of tools and techniques you use, I hope you’ll consider coming together to collaborate on building the future we know is possible.
Sincerely,
Shelly Thorn
*I’m also going to send this invite to another email list I have of people who aren’t providers but who may have employed independent-minded providers to help them live healthy lives and to reverse cancer and chronic diseases that establishment medicine perpetuates rather than resolves. Please invite others who would be willing to share about their experiences. Even one conversation can spark ideas that spur actions that evolve how we collaborate and serve.

Shelly it's a great idea and a great intention.
