I put Chiropractic under Bodywork, Manual Therapies since almost no clinicians do hands-on these days and bodywork is a vital category. My intention with Medical & Clinical was to have a category for when someone needs a diagnosis or assessment... now that you helped me clarify that (thank you), I've tweaked that category to be titled Medical Diagnosis & Assessment and added a new one called Other Clinical Care. where I noted the DCs are in bodywork... other feedback welcome.
